Water Tower W10

Tom Dixon and 4C have collaborated on a number of hospitality projects and when Dixon acquired the disused Water Tower at the end of Ladbroke Grove he commissioned 4C to create his funky London residence. The new building was attached to the existing concrete tower and added four storeys of solid curved timber ‘glulam’ panels to create a cylindrical drum to live in, 25 metres above Ladbroke Grove. The tower has since become a north Kensington landmark.
